Happy Thursday everyone! I hope you are having a great November. Or Movember? No Shave November? Anyway, I hope it’s good. It’s been a busy week for me at work – my busy season is usually slowing down by Thanksgiving but this year I have a lot of stragglers.

We are coming up on Thanksgiving which is exciting. One of my favorite holidays due to all of the food and cooking. Can get a little overwhelming with all of the family activity (especially when you live alone) but I am excited to spend some quality time. And also get some Black Friday shopping done – even though none of the deals are looking great this time around. I’m not quite into the winter holiday season just yet but I have started putting up Christmas décor. Keeping it a little minimal and “natural”.

I’ve been wanting to write a post but keep busying myself with other things or vegging out when I get home. Past few weeks have been a little rough for me mentally but I’m making it through. Last week was bitterly cold so not as much natural light as I usually get. This week has actually been warm but with it getting so dark early, it’s hard to be motivated to do anything but be inside. Trying to maintain eating to my calorie and Mediterranean diet and have been decently successful. It has forced me to bake a little more which has been nice and therapeutic. Bread making is probably one of my favorite things ever and I’ve been making loaves probably twice a week lately. I love it!

That’s it for me!  Have a great weekend!
