Hey you! Happy Tuesday! Did you know that we are less than 80 days away from the end of the year? Who’s ready?
There is a challenge going on that started on TikTok called the “80 Day Six Fix”. It’s very similar to the 75Hard but it focuses on completing 6 things every day for the remaining 80 days.
The Six Fix includes:
- Make your bed every morning
- Drink one gallon of water per day
- Some sort of diet/meal plan (calorie counting, WW, Keto, etc.)
- 10 minutes of Stillness every day (meditation, yoga, prayer, etc.)
- Workout – of your choice
- 10,000 steps per day
I never make my bed so honestly, this may be hard for me to remember to do. But the thought process behind it is that no matter what type of day you have had (bad, meh, great) when you come home and see the bed made, you realize you have accomplished something. It gives you a great feeling to look at too.
Water – no worries.
Diet – Keto-ish again!
10 Minutes of Stillness/Silence – this will be good for me. I may continue to read like the 75Hard Challenge but I also may work on some of the yoga stretches I had started at the beginning of the year to help with my posture.
Workout – will probably run or walk but I may pull out some BeachBody videos I have.
10,000 Steps per day – this one will be interesting. I will pretty much have to walk or run to complete this.

I hope to have another video up this week but we’ll see…it’s a little hectic right now. I’m also working on a few recipes for this week and next week. They are fall and holiday related!
